Returns for refund/replacement in case of damage condition must be received back into the company within 10 days from the date of purchase. When returning goods, please quote the order number, your name, the name of the product, and the reason why you are returning the goods.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Cancellations are allowed and the full amount is paid to the customer. However, it is allowed only till the time the product is not shipped from our company. RETURN OF THE PRODUCT
*In case of damaged or defective products: Do not worry; if upon delivery of the product you find that the product is received in damaged condition ,immediately make a short video & notify our customer service number 0532-2687386 / 8858680826 or mail us at madanpharma10@gmail.com, we will send a replacement product, depending on your preference, after necessary verification. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned, along with damaged or defective products should be in the sealed pack.
*In case of any different product dispatched: Do not worry; if upon delivery of the product, you discover that we have dispatched a different product, immediately notify our customer service number 0532-2687386 / 8858680826 or mail us at madanpharma10@gmail.com.We will refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with the products, which should be in the sealed pack.
REFUND OF PAYMENT
We will initiate your refund within 10 working days of our confirmation. However, it may take 15 to 30 working days to get it credited/reflected in your bank or credit card account statement, as this involves inter-bank refund procedures, which may take time.
